Charges dismissed against blind tot-drop dad, Recco Dudley

Dudley is gonna need some serious counseling to cope with the huge amount of guilt that’s coming his way!

New York Post repots prosecutors dismissed charges today against a careless Harlem father who dropped his infant son and then failed to take him to the doctor for several days — causing him permanent blindness.

Recco Dudley, 26, a rapper and DJ, dropped his baby boy Royalty as he reached for a towel after taking him out of a bath — but didn’t seek medical treatment for three days, prosecutors said.

The six-week-old suffered serious injuries from the tumble, including a fractured skull, fractured ribs and bleeding in the brain.

Manhattan prosecutors opted not to press the case against Dudley because of a lack of evidence.

He was initially charged with endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.

What’s wrong with this man?  Why didn’t he rush his kid to the emergency?
